We believe an integrated approach focusing on obtaining the optimal capital structure, in-depth knowledge of the company and their portfolio and the markets in which it is active, as well as hands-on support in obtaining the optimal portfolio of activities is crucial for entrepreneurs and companies focusing on growth and maximizing stakeholder value.
