Incourante Markt / NPEX
The 'incourante markt' is a trading platform facilitated by AEK on which the shares in certain companies that are not officially listed can be traded.
As of January 2007, AEK is the only financial institution facilitating trades on the Incourante Markt. Before AEK, the Incourante Markt was facilitated by amongst others Kempen&Co, ABN AMRO and NIBC.
In 2010, AEK and NPEX joined forces and advised the companies to shift their trading venue from the Incourante Markt to the tradingplatform of NPEX.
As of January 2011 Beurs Rotterdam, Pont Meyer, Viba Ing Bureau and Maatschappij Wilhelmina are listed and traded at NPEX.
Imeko Holding is still straded on the incourante markt. Orthocenter decided to de-list in 2011.
